Tip of the Day: Be aware that the time of day and season you choose to get married in will impact your wedding photos. "If you want beautiful, natural light photos or gorgeous sunset snapshots of you and your groom, but you also want a six p.m. ceremony in November, it's not going to happen. It'll be pitch black by the time you get married. Work with your photographer to determine what is most important to you and heed their advice on how best to achieve it," says Renee Sprink from Renee Sprink Photography, a member of Professional Photographers of America.

In this scenario, she suggests either moving the ceremony start time up (probably by several hours) or having a "first look" with the groom before the ceremony.

Tip of the Day: Once you're happy with your hair and makeup during your beauty trials, it's time to go camera-crazy! "Make sure you take a shot from every angle as well as a full-length shot," says Edward Tricomi, master stylist at Warren-Tricomi Salons.

You may also want to take both outdoor and indoor photos, especially if you'll be taking pics outside on your big day. The more pictures you take, the easier it will be to create the look again.

Woman Receives $75 Bill After Missing Relative's Wedding

Jessica Baker tells KARE 11 that she missed a wedding she RSVPed to after her babysitting plans fell through at the last minute, and she couldn't bring her uninvited children along to the adults-only reception. A few weeks later, the Golden Valley, Minnesota resident was flabbergasted to receive a $75.90 dinner invoice in the mail for the fish entrées she and her husband would have consumed at the couple's reception.

Tip of the Day: Getting married in the autumn? "While the warm hues that make up a fall wedding palette are beautiful, sometimes oranges and browns become muted against a backdrop that already includes these colors, like an outdoor wedding amongst the changing leaves. To harmonize with a fall wedding setting, use complimentary colors. We love moody blue tones as they create a vibrant look that highlights — not clashes with — the oranges, yellows and browns in the changing leaves," says Sarah Chancey from Chancey Charm.

She also recommends adding gold-painted pumpkins for a luxe element to your décor.
