Las Vegas does everything big, so it should be no surprise that this town also takes romance to new heights. This restaurant is formal, classic, French and as over the top as a honeymoon dinner can be. The meal starts with a visit from the bread cart, which is piled high with a kaleidoscope of carby goodness, and ends with a visit from the candy cart, a Technicolor grown-up version of every child’s dream. In the middle, dishes using copious amounts of truffles and desserts, like a decadent caramel mille feuille served with caramel ice cream and a pot of hot salted caramel to pour over the whole thing, are absolutely swoon-worthy.
