Tip of the Day: Stress has your skin looking red and splotchy? Redness and rashes can be a major problem when you’re stressed, but stay calm — there’s an easy fix. Dermatologist Annie Chiu, owner of The Derm Institute in Redondo Beach, CA, says, “Use a small amount of Afrin Nasal Spray on flushed skin for an in-a-pinch fix. It constricts local blood vessels which will instantly reduce redness.”

Tip of the Day: Throwing a summer wedding? Some cake coverings — like buttercream frosting and fresh whipped cream — might not hold up to the heat. In that case, opt for fondant, which is sturdier.

Also, "Don’t display your cake in direct sunlight,” says Amy Nichols from Amy Nichols Special Events. “Have it in a cool, shaded area if you have to have it outside, and put it out right before guests arrive. Definitely let your baker know if you’re planning an outdoor reception."

Tip of the Day: Crunched for time? "Short 5-10 minute workouts give you the same after-burn (calories burned at a higher rate post-workout) as do longer sessions," says Sadie Lincoln, founder of the Barre3 fitness program. Try a few rounds of jumping jacks in the a.m.; take a brisk walk at lunch.

Victoria Yoffie, holistic integrative therapist and founder of YoffieLife.com, also recommends the classic plank: "Start by holding a plank for 30 seconds, increasing the time by 30 seconds every 5 days," she says. "There’s always time to add an extra couple of minutes of toning work at the start or end of your day."

Tip of the Day: "When building your wedding-day itinerary, schedule some extra time for the things that matter most to you. "For some couples, this means extra time alone with their photographer or taking some time for a much-needed Bocce match in between the ceremony and reception. For others, it's getting the dance party started early/ending it as late as possible or making the most of the wedding meal by adding extra courses and toasts. Once you identify where your priorities lie, the rest of the day will fall into place," says Gina Jokilehto-Schigel from Shi Shi Events.
