Tip of the Day: "Make sure when you are looking for potential venues that you clearly understand what's included and what isn't," says Lindsey Norton from L. Brook Events. If your venue is a beautiful, historic estate, but they do not have upgraded electrical systems, you will need to factor the cost to rent generators into your budget. Does the venue include any reception rentals, bathrooms, etc.? "These are items that many unique venues do not include and can increase your wedding budget greatly if you were not anticipating the expense," she says.
