Tip of the Day: You’ll look taller, leaner and more elegant in your wedding gown if you have fabulous posture. Many brides have a habit of slouching (perhaps because they spend so much time in front of computers for work!), so work on improving your posture while sitting and standing.

Celebrity Pilates instructor Brooke Siler recommends avoiding the following bad habits: standing with all your weight on one hip, sticking your butt out, collapsing the chest, rolling shoulders forward and positioning your head forward of your chest.

Tip of the Day: Don’t put anything on your personal wedding website about pre-wedding events or registry info until you have all of the details finalized. For example, if you write "You're invited to a morning-after breakfast!" at one point on your site, but later change it to say, "Breakfast is $25 per person" or "We're trying to arrange a discounted breakfast," guests will get confused. Say nothing until your plans are 100% set!
