On the heels of a $50 million dollar transformation, Hilton Opera Paris — housed in an 1889 building that opened the same year as Eiffel Tower and Moulin Rouge — gave incredible thought to its massive lobby space. Touting cathedral-high ceilings, centuries-old frescos, dramatic arches, glittery chandeliers and a skylight for natural warmth, the lobby bar is a glam, social sanctuary. While it exudes old world flair, modern touches like paintings by local artists, creative craft cocktails and plenty of design-friendly furniture keep the lobby bar forward thinking.
