Royal Caribbean’s newest ship — it holds 4,180 passengers — is big enough to offer something for everyone. During the day, take a dip in the adults-only pool with cocktails from the juice bar in hand, try skydiving, rock climbing or working out in the big gym. At night, dine in one of several celeb chef-helmed restaurants — Jamie Oliver’s Italian trattoria, Michael Schwartz’s modern gastropub or the healthful restaurant by Devin Alexander (of NBC’s The Biggest Loser). Then catch a cover band in the concert hall or hit up the roller skating party at the rink (seven-night cruises start at $833 per person and include meals and some onboard activities; royalcaribbean.com).
