1. The Sweepstakes is open to any legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who is 18 years or older except where prohibited by law. Employees of Bridal Guide, RFP Corp., Buccaneer Beach and Golf Resort and any and all of their related companies and corporate suppliers are not eligible. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Winners agree to publication and/or display of their name, likeness and entry form to be made at the discretion of Bridal Guide without further compensation. Participants are subject to official rules.
2. The Sweepstakes runs from 12:01 PM Eastern Time on January 16, 2018 through 11:59 AM Eastern Time on March 19, 2018. To enter, complete the order form at bridalguide.com/getinfo, or complete the order form in the March/April 2018 issue of Bridal Guide magazine, or print your name, street address, daytime telephone number, mobile phone number, email, wedding date and the letters "Buccaneer MA 2018" on a 3" x 5" plain index card and mail to: Bridal Guide, P.O. Box 413050, Naples, FL 34101-3050. Only one entry per household. Entries must be received by March 19, 2018 and become the property of Bridal Guide, who assumes no responsibility for illegible, late, misdirected or lost entries.
3. One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing the week of April 9, 2018, under the supervision of Bridal Guide, whose sole decision will be final. By accepting the prize, winner and travel companion agree to release Bridal Guide, RFP Corp., Buccaneer Beach and Golf Resort and their affiliates, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, injuries, actions or proceedings arising out of and/or sustained in connection with use, acceptance or possession of prize. Winner will be notified by email and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, which must be returned within 14 days of notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. A copy of the Bridal Guide Affidavit of Eligibility may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope (VT residents may omit postage) to Affidavit of Eligibility, Bridal Guide Your Little White Book Sweepstakes, Dept. BUCCANEER MA18, 228 East 45 Street, New York, NY 10017. The number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning. Limit one prize per family or household. If through a printing, production or other error more winners are notified than the rules state, the actual number of such winners, per the rules, will be selected in a random drawing from among those notified. Bridal Guide, RFP Corp., and Buccaneer Beach and Golf Resort make no warranties with regard to any prize. Prize is nontransferable by winner, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no substitutions for prize or changes to available dates.
4. Grand Prize: Five-night stay at Buccaneer Beach and Golf Resort in St. Croix, USVI, in a Deluxe Oceanfront room with breakfast for two daily and a $500 resort credit towards dining, spa, golf, tennis, and water sports equipment. Estimated ARV $4,922.
5. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for the following: Roundtrip airfare, airport transfers, airport taxes, any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, ground transportation, rental car, gas, insurance, food and beverages, gratuities and any expenses not specified as part of the prize. Amendments to confirmed travel arrangements may result in forfeiture of trip or administrative fees.
6. The winners may travel May 1, 2018 through December 21, 2019. Reservation is subject to availability. Blackout dates include holiday periods and special events including, but not limited to: December 22, 2018 - January 2, 2019 and the months of February and March 2019. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for prize.
7. Entrants agree that by entering the Promotion, they agree to add their contact information to the Bridal Guide and Buccaneer Beach and Golf Resort mailing lists, subject to Entrant’s right to thereafter opt out or unsubscribe to such lists at any time.
8. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope after April 9, 2018 to Bridal Guide Your Little White Book WINNER, 228 East 45 Street, Dept. BUCCANEER MA18, New York, NY 10017. Requests for winner must be received by June 30, 2018.
