Sandals is legendary for its fresh, flavorful, beautifully balanced cocktails — so tapping one of their top experts was a no-brainer. For this story, Omar created a lineup of celebratory sips designed to delight every guest, from spirited cocktail lovers to those who prefer a zero-proof pour. Each drink is inspired by Sandals’ newest jewel, Sandals St. Vincent and the Grenadines, an extraordinary all-inclusive escape where the flavors are as vibrant as the views.

The Liquid Sunshine (Gin Cocktail)

Gather:

½ oz gin
½ oz apricot brandy
1 oz lemon juice
3 oz sparkling wine
Dash angostura bitters

Make it:

  1. Combine all ingredients but sparkling wine in a shaker with ice
  2. Shake hard for 7–10 seconds
  3. Pour into chilled cocktail glass
  4. Top with a splash of sparkling wine

Jadoo Punch (Rum Cocktail)

Gather:

1½ oz white rum
1 oz Aperol
2 oz coconut water
1 oz passion fruit juice
¼ oz fresh lemon juice

Make it:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
  2. Shake hard for 7–10 seconds
  3. Pour into glass
  4. Top with ice

Ball and Chain (Vodka Cocktail)

Gather:

1½ oz vodka
¼ oz allspice dram
1 oz pineapple juice
½ oz strawberry syrup
½ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup

Make it:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
  2. Shake hard for 7 seconds
  3. Pour into a highball glass
  4. Top with ice

Bright Eyed Watermelon & Cucumber Mocktail

Refreshing watermelon and cucumber infused drink with ice in a tall glass.

Gather:

3 oz watermelon juice
2½ cucumber slices
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz lime juice
1 oz soda water

Make it:

  1. Use a blender to blend watermelon and cucumber together
  2. Add simple syrup and lime juice to the blended mixture in a shaker
  3. Add ice and shake all ingredients
  4. Pour into glass and top with ice and club soda
