Tip of the Day: Make sure to have your floral designer do a mock-up of your centerpieces a month prior to your wedding date. "This way you can fine tune all details and have nothing to worry about on your wedding day," says Caroline Bailly, Owner of L’Atelier Rouge. "I suggest making centerpieces no higher that 12"-14” when going low. If you want to go high, go high. The last thing you want to do is block the view and interaction between your guests."
