Tip of the Day: Your menu doesn't have to consist of traditional wedding fare — include foods that the two of you love to eat! "We've had clients serve chorizo corn dogs as hors d'oeuvres, host an extended 8-course dinner of small plates and craft beer pairing with each course, and a breakfast buffet at midnight complete with mini burritos, french toast sticks, a pancake bar and fun cereals," says Gina from Shi Shi Events.

"It's a wonderful change of pace for guests to experience something interesting with your menu. It's just one more layer of immersing their senses in your big day and making it an unmistakable memory for them," she adds.
