Tip of the Day: Send a test invite to yourself before you mail all of your invitations! "Let's face it — the Post Office isn't always so careful when handling mail," says Nichole Rocero of Nic.Roc. Designs.
"If your invitation comes back bent out of shape, consider housing your invitation inside of a pocket holder, card stock envelopes, or a boxed mailer," she says. If you're not happy with the way your invite looks, she suggests adding an envelope liner, which adds character.
Also, keep in mind that cotton envelopes tend to pick up more debris and dirt, so you may want to consider using metallic envelopes, instead.
