Mason Burks Wooldridge and Johanna Rehill fell in love over a glass of water. "Mason was in town finishing a contract with the local school districts," says Johanna, a middle school reading teacher. (The groom is a school safety consultant.) "On his last night, a friend dragged him to a local pizza place, where I was bartending at the time.”
Johanna’s dear friend, artist Kristy Rice of Momental Designs, was the creative force behind the wedding planning and design (including florals and paper goods). Here, Kristy’s whimsical wedding welcome watercolor and details from the invitation suite.

The couple exchange vows at The Pump House Weddings and B&B in Bloomsburg, PA. The ceremony was held in a wooded section of the venue property along a riverbank. The bride’s father, Jack Rehill, officiated; the couple wrote and recited their own vows.
The oh-so-stylish bride and her bridesmaids were dressed in David’s Bridal gowns; the dapper groom and his groomsmen donned their own suits at the last minute when their tuxes were lost in transit.
Kristy helped Johanna come up with an overall scheme of neutrals and pinks to go with the "whimsical outdoor theme, along with natural shades of greens and ivories." Gold-toned flatware and blush glassware and china enlivened the table settings.
