Tip of the Day: Include every detail that you've agreed upon with vendors in all of your various contracts. Include any special requests, things to avoid, requested vendors within the company and a backup plan in case your appointed vendor should get sick or experience an emergency on the day of your wedding. It might seem silly to include what you want your bouquet handle to consist of in a contract, but the more details that you record, the better protected you are!
