Tip of the Day: Planning a destination wedding? Don’t rule out the possibility of holding your ceremony and reception indoors! An indoor venue, such as a hotel ballroom, means you won't have to stress about the possibility of bad wedding day weather and you can have peace of mind knowing your guests and bridal party will be comfortable all day (or night!) long. A bit of specialty décor and lighting can transform any indoor space to fit your wedding vision says Randy Erickson, Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westin Nashville.

Tip of the Day: When you're planning ahead for your wedding beauty trial, make sure to bring a white T-shirt and cut the neckline to match your wedding gown. This trick will help you get a better idea of how your hair and makeup will work with your dress.

Tip of the Day: Wearing white shoes on your wedding day? Keeping the white color through grass, rain, or slush can be challenging. The solution: Take two medium-to-large sized "baggies" and split them front and in the back for easy walking. Put about two inches of Scotch tape in front and back so the plastic bags won't slip off. The maid of honor can easily slip the "bootie-baggies" on and off over the bride's shoes . . . and the bride needn't even bend over!

Tip of the Day: Looking forward to certain activities or excursions that you have planned for your honeymoon? Book your favorites—like a morning catamaran ride, a couples massage, or a private dinner on the beach—for earlier in your stay. This gives you a cushion of time to reschedule in case anything goes wrong (e.g. the weather isn't great or you get a bad sunburn).

Tip of the Day: Want to try something a little less traditional for your bridal shower? "See if your local wine shop or favorite restaurant will host a private wine and food pairing. Not into vino? Channel your inner artist by going to a paint-your-own canvas class. Or you could join an urban scavenger hunt with your group of ladies, which is great for exploring your city in a new way!" says Stefany Allongo from The Majestic Vision: Wedding and Event Planning Services.
