Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 am EST on 7/31/17 and ends at 9:59 am EST on 8/5/17. All entries must be received by 9:59 am EST during the Sweepstakes period (see ‘2.’ below) to be eligible.
1. The sweepstakes is open to any legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who is 18 years or older except where prohibited by law. Employees of Bridal Guide, RFP Corp., Mary’s Bridal and any and all subsidiaries and their corporate suppliers are not eligible. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All federal, state and local laws apply. Entrants agree to publication and/or display of his/her names, addresses (limited to city and state), likenesses, voices and/or photographs, where lawful, at the discretion of the Sponsors, without further compensation. Participants are subject to official rules.
2. The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 am EST on 7/31/17 and ends at 9:59 am EST on 8/5/17. To enter, participants must have an Instagram account, follow both Bridal Guide [@bridalguide] and Mary's Bridal [@marysbridalofficial] on Instagram, and complete at least one of the following challenges: Monday, July 31, 2017 “Like” a custom graphic promoting the giveaway to be posted by Bridal Guide and tag 3 friends; must be a follower of Bridal Guide and Mary's Bridal and include #BGXOMarys in the comment. Tuesday, August 1, 2017 Bridal Guide will post a custom graphic asking users to share details of their most memorable summer date using only emojis, 14 emojis maximum. Post it in a comment under the graphic and tag 3 friends. Wednesday, August 2, 2017 Bridal Guide will post a Mary’s Bridal “gown showdown” slideshow prompting users to comment which one they like better (A, B or C) and tag 3 friends. Thursday, August 3, 2017 Visit Mary's Bridal on Instagram and take a screenshot of a gown you love; add it to your story on your own Instagram account and include a word or two that best describes it; must tag Bridal Guide and Mary's Bridal, and include #BGXOMarys in the story. Friday, August 4, 2017 Bridal Guide will prompt entrants to post a creative "Summer Lovin'" themed photo of their engagement ring to their own Instagram account; post should include engagement date and #BGXOMarys in the comment; must tag Bridal Guide and Mary's Bridal. There will be one grand prize winner and four first prize winners. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, who assumes no liability for late, misdirected, lost, damaged, and incomplete entries, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, all of which will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site.
3. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/21/17, under the supervision of Bridal Guide, the judges of the sweepstakes, whose decisions will be final. By accepting the prize, winners agree to release Bridal Guide, RFP Corp., Mary’s Bridal and participating affiliates, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, injuries, actions or proceedings arising out of and/or sustained in connection with use, acceptance or possession of prize. Entrants’ Instagram handles will be collected via posts and comments as outlined in section ‘2.’ Potential winners will first be notified by Bridal Guide (@bridalguide) via Instagram private direct message. They will then be asked for their name and email address for further communication. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 3 days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winners forfeit all rights to win the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Potential winners may be required to sign and return Bridal Guide’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability within 14 days of notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If the prize is not claimed or is returned as undeliverable, then winners right to the prize shall be forfeited and the prize award will be void and an alternate winner may be selected. A copy of the Bridal Guide Affidavit of Eligibility may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope (VT residents may omit return postage), to Affidavit of Eligibility, Bridal Guide Mary’s Bridal Instagram Sweepstakes, 228 East 45th Street, New York, NY 10017. The number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning. Limit one prize per family or household. If through a printing, production or other error more than one winner is notified for a prize, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from among those notified. Bridal Guide makes no warranties with regard to the prizes. Prizes are non-extendable, nontransferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no substitutions for the prizes, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Bridal Guide reserves the right to substitute brand, make and model of products promoted. Bridal Guide also reserves the right to withdraw prizes for any reason. Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.
4. Prizes Grand Prize: One bridal gown from Mary’s Bridal Informals Collection up to a value of $500 and one veil from Mary’s Bridal up to a value of $300. Total ARV $800. First Prize (4 awarded): One veil from Mary’s Bridal up to a value of $300. Total ARV $1,200. Total ARV of all prizes is $2,000.
5. Winners will receive a Gift Certificate, which will expire 9 months from the date of issue. Wedding gown will be subject to availability and production scheduling for chosen dress. Wedding gown prize winner will be responsible for dress alterations. Prizes will be delivered approximately 160 days after selection is made. Winners will be responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, and any expenses not specified as part of the prize. Winners will be issued an IRS 1099 form for prize value over $600.
6. Only the winners will be notified. The names of the winners may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope after 8/21/17, but before 9/30/17 (VT residents may omit return postage) to: Bridal Guide, Mary’s Bridal Instagram Sweepstakes, Re: Winners, 228 East 45th Street, New York, NY 10017.
7. This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
