Irish Coffee
Ingredients
• Espresso
• Water
• Half and Half
• ½ tablespoon of brown sugar
• 1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
• 1 oz. Irish whiskey
• Whipped cream and chocolate, caramel or butterscotch sauce (optional)
Preparation:
• Add ½ tablespoon of brown sugar to cup
• Add 5 ounces (or fill cup half way) with hot water and stir
• Add whiskey and Baileys
• Add espresso
• Steam half and half to create a rich foam to top off the drink
• Swirl whipped cream over the foam and drizzle chocolate, caramel or butterscotch sauce
Rum Egg Nog
Ingredients
• Brewed espresso
• Egg nog
• Nonfat milk
• 1 oz. rum
Preparation
• Add rum and brewed espresso to a cappuccino glass or cup
• Cut the egg nog with nonfat milk to get a better consistency for steaming
• Steam the milk and egg nog mixture
• Combine steamed milk with the espresso and rum mixture
