Deep in a lush jungle setting in a tucked away corner of this sprawling resort that was once a coconut plantation, you’ll find a collection of five private treatment salas (villas) linked by snaking wooden slatted walkways. The pampering that happens inside the personal hideaways is as blissful as imagined. As is customary in Thailand — a place where the first university was a massage school — each treatment at this indoor-outdoor sanctuary begins with a footbath. The menu includes the local specialty massage with heated herbal compresses, as well as the assisted stretching method, which is received clothed. In addition, there are special yoga, wellness and detox packages.
