The moment we've been waiting for has finally arrived.

And the bride wore Givenchy! After months of speculation about what Meghan Markle would wear when she married her real-life Prince Charming, she stepped out onto the grounds of Windsor Castle in an elegant silk bateau-necked gown designed by Clare Waight Keller.

Always staying true to her feminist values, Ms. Waight Keller was the perfect choice for Meghan. Last year, Keller became the first female Artistic Director at the historic French fashion house Givenchy. The gown was simply elegant and perfectly befitting of a modern royal.

Here is a description of the beautiful gown straight from the palace: "True to the heritage of the house, the pure lines of the dress are achieved using six meticulously placed seams. The focus of the dress is the graphic open bateau neckline that gracefully frames the shoulders and emphasizes the slender sculpted waist. The lines of the dress extend towards the back where the train flows in soft round folds cushioned by an underskirt in triple silk organza. The slim three-quarter sleeves add a note of refined modernity."

For her accessories, Meghan topped a low center-part chignon hairstyle with a dazzling Filigree tiara that was made for Queen Mary and has been in the royal family for over 100 years. Her show-stopping 16-foot cathedral-length veil made from silk tulle, featured a trim of 53 hand-embroidered flowers (representing each of the counties in the Commonwealth) in silk threads and organza and was carried into St. George's chapel by her adorable attendants.
