Summer Sweet and Savory
Ingredients:
3 oz. strawberry lemonade
3 dashes Strawberry Rhubarb bitters
2-3 oz. Chandon Rosé
Sprig of fresh summer savory
2 large strawberries, quartered
Directions:
Pour the strawberry lemonade into shaker. Add the bitters and ice. Shake. Strain into a coupe or other decorative glass. Add the summer savory and strawberries. Top with Rose and serve.
Blueberry-Mint Fizz
Ingredients:
1 oz mint simple syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup fresh mint leaves)
1 cup water
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Fresh mint leaves
6 oz. Chandon Rosé
Directions:
Make the simple syrup: Combine the water, sugar and mint in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool for at least 20 minutes. Strain and refrigerate until ready to use. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the blueberries and cook until the first blueberry rises to the top, 1 to 2 minutes. Drain the berries and transfer to a blender. Let cool. Add the simple syrup to the blueberries and puree. Put 5 to 6 mint leaves in two stemless wine glasses and muddle. Divide the blueberry mixture between the two glasses. Add Rose to each glass, stir and add ice. Garnish with a mint leaf.
Summer Chandy
Ingredients:
2 oz. lemonade
1 tsp ginger beer tonic
2 oz. Chandon Brut Classic
Candied ginger and a lime wheel
Directions:
Pour the lemonade into a rocks glass. Add the ginger beer tonic and stir. Add the Brut and ice. Arrange candied ginger and a lime wheel on a toothpick and place over the rim of the glass. Serve.
Grand Lemon-Peach Sparkler
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. Chandon Rosé
Lemon wedges for garnish
Directions:
Pour the Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach, lemon juice and simple syrup into a rocks glass. Stir to combine. Add the Brut. Fill the glass with ice and add a lemon wedge. Serve with a straw.
Lime and the Coconut
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. coconut milk
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. agave syrup
4 oz. Chandon Brut Classic
Directions:
Combine the coconut milk, lime juice and agave syrup in a shaker. Add ice. Shake. Strain into rocks glass. Add Brut, ice and top with a lime wedge.
Cape Cod Fizz
Ingredients:
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz cranberry juice
2-3 oz Chandon Rosé
Frozen cranberries
Lime twist
Directions:
Combine the simple syrup, lime juice and cranberry juice in a rocks glass. Stir. Add ice and frozen cranberries. Top with Rose. Garnish with lime twist.
