It's official: Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are husband and wife!
The bride, 43, and groom, 38, tied the knot at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida on Sunday, November 22. With stunning ocean views, lush gardens and courtyards, and regal ballrooms, the 140-acre resort served as an opulent setting for their weekend-long wedding festivities. They kicked things off with a pool party on Thursday, and on Saturday, they held a rehearsal dinner and after party (where the groom serenaded the bride with Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child of Mine").

The main event took place in the Venetian ballroom, which features fresco-painted ceilings, arched windows, and six magnificent chandeliers. Jeff Leatham designed the beautiful décor, which included huge arrangements of fuchsia flowers hung from the ceiling.
The Modern Family actress wore a custom-made lace gown designed by Zuhair Murad that flaunted her famous curves and included a detachable skirt. The bride wore her gorgeous locks down and rocked a signature bold lip.
People reports that 32 people worked around the clock to complete the design, which took a total of 1,657 hours! Photo courtesy of Zuhair Murad via People
Vergara and Manganiello shared their first dance to Frank Sinatra's 1964 cover of "The Way You Look Tonight." E! News confirms that Pitbull performed as a surprise musical guest.
In an unconventional twist, the newlyweds decided not to take official wedding portraits. Instead of gifts, they asked for donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. They ended the evening on a sweet note with a big wedding cake and lots of desserts.
One of the couple's biggest challenges was the guest list. During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Vergara revealed that the couple invited a whopping 400 guests to their wedding: "It was very hard [to cut down]. We said, '200 for you, 200 for me,' but my 200 is like family, so I couldn't invite many of my friends." Famous faces in attendance included Channing Tatum, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Reese Witherspoon, and Modern Family co-stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Ed O'Neill, Sarah Hyland, Ty Burell and Julie Bowen.
The bride worked with celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss and was very hands-on in the wedding-planning process. "I am very detail-oriented, so I am kind of like a nightmare," she confessed during a Good Morning America interview. "I have very good memory. If you show me swatches of things, I can in two months exactly remember, 'But what happened to the one with the little border that had the little print?' I'm really bad," she elaborated.
The couple added a fun personalized twist with custom cocktail napkins from Wedding Paper Divas.
The couple got engaged in Hawaii last December over the holidays after six months of dating. In a sweet touch, Manganiello recited his proposal speech in Spanish as a nod to Vergara's Columbian roots (he included "Eres mi todo," which translates to "you are my everything"). This will be his first marriage and her second — she was previously married to her high school sweetheart, and they have a son together, Manolo.
The sexiest married couple in Hollywood has actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson to thank for setting them up. During a Jimmy Kimmel Live! appearance, she revealed that she was initially reluctant to go out with the Magic Mike XXL heartthrob because he was "too handsome" and she thought he would be "too much work because girls were throwing themselves at him." "I'm like, 'Ay, no. Please, I want somebody normal,'" Vergara said.
But a friend of the couple tells E! News that Vergara and Manganiello were crazy about one another right from the start. "From the moment they got together, they fell head over heels, and things have only grown stronger. On paper, they may not seem like a match, but once they met and discovered the crazy chemistry that they have, they never wanted to be apart," the insider says. Adds another pal: "I've never seen two people so truly in love. The way they talk to each other, touch each other — it's incredible."
Congratulations to the happy newlyweds!
