Disney High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale is a Mrs! The 29-year-old actress wed Annie Automatic musician Christopher French on Monday, September 8 at a private estate with about 100 guests in attendance.
She announced the happy news on Instagram, posting a photo with the caption "Best day of my life! Introducing Mr. and Mrs. French Sept 8, 2014."
Six bridesmaids shared in their joy, including Tisdale's High School Musical bestie Vanessa Hudgens. Although former co-star and friend Zac Efron was unable to make it, he sent a congratulatory tweet to the happy newlyweds.
French popped the question to Tisdale at the Empire State Building last August after eight months of dating. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, the bride revealed how she knew he was "The One": "It was just this feeling that it doesn't get any better...It's just natural between us. With other relationships, you're trying too much and trying to make it work and then there's just a moment when you find somebody and you're like, ‘Holy s--t! This is so natural.'"
