BRIDAL GUIDE LITTLE WHITE BOOK SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY) Sponsored by Bridal Guide, New York, NY. Entries must be received by February 29, 2016.
1. The Sweepstakes is open to any legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who is 18 years or older except where prohibited by law. Employees of Bridal Guide, RFP Corp., Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort, and any and all of their related companies and corporate suppliers are not eligible. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Winners agree to publication and/or display of their name, likeness and entry form to be made at the discretion of Bridal Guide without further compensation. Participants are subject to official rules.
2. To enter the Bridal Guide Little White Book Sweepstakes, complete the order form at bridalguide.com/get info, or complete the order form in the January/February 2016 issue of Bridal Guide magazine, or print your name, street address, daytime telephone number, mobile phone number, email, wedding date and the letters "WINDJAMMER JF16" on a 3" x 5" plain index card and mail to: Bridal Guide, P.O. Box 413050, Naples, FL 34101-3050. Only one entry per household. Entries must be received by February 29, 2016 and become the property of Bridal Guide, who assumes no responsibility for illegible, late, misdirected or lost entries.
3. One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing the week of March 21, 2016, under the supervision of Bridal Guide, whose sole decision will be final. By accepting the prize, winner and travel companion agree to release Bridal Guide, RFP Corp., Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort and their affiliates, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, injuries, actions or proceedings arising out of and/or sustained in connection with use, acceptance or possession of prize. Winner will be notified by email and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, which must be returned within 14 days of notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. A copy of the Bridal Guide Affidavit of Eligibility may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope (VT residents may omit postage) to Affidavit of Eligibility, Bridal Guide Little White Book Sweepstakes, Dept. WINDJAMMER JF16, 228 East 45 Street, New York, NY 10017. The number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning. Limit one prize per family or household. If through a printing, production or other error more winners are notified than the rules state, the actual number of such winners, per the rules, will be selected in a random drawing from among those notified. Bridal Guide, RFP Corp., and Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort make no warranties with regard to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable by winners, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no substitutions for prizes or changes to available dates.
4. Grand Prize: Five-night stay at Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort in St. Lucia in a one-bedroom room with a plunge pool on the Diamond All Inclusive package including: unlimited a la carte dining in all 5 restaurants, unlimited beverages including alcohol (by the glass only) at all 3 bars, access to motorized and non-motorized water sports activities, one (1) Therapeutic Classic Massage (50 minutes) per adult per stay, and one (1) Foot Ritual per person, per stay. Estimated value of the prize is $4,990 USD.
5. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for the following: Roundtrip airfare, airport transfers, airport taxes, any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, ground transportation, rental car, gas, insurance, food and beverages, gratuities and any expenses not specified as part of the prize. Amendments to confirmed travel arrangements may result in forfeiture of trip or administrative fees.
6. The winners may travel through June 30, 2017. Extensions to this date will not be permitted. Accommodations and travel dates are based on availability and blackout dates, which include but are not limited to: December 21, 2016 - January 4, 2017; February 15-21, 2016; March 27 - April 3, 2016; February 18-26, 2017; April 16-23, 2017. Package inclusions may be subject to change. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for prizes valued over $600.
7. All applicants' names will be added to the Bridal Guide and Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort mailing lists.
8. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope after March 21, 2016 to Bridal Guide Little White Book WINNER, 228 East 45 Street, Dept. WINDJAMMER JF16, New York, NY 10017. Requests for winner must be received by April 30, 2016.
